Existing R2 customers, notify your service and repair department via email about assets that are damaged or simply needs attention.
Identify the item or asset by either scanning the barcode or typing in the product or asset ID.
Include typed and/or voice comments as well as take pictures to describe the issue in detail.
The email is sent to your service and repair department head configured in the R2 Web Server, with the option for the user to cc the same notification to other email addresses.
The message uses a configurable template defined in the R2 Web Server.
In situations where network connection is unavailable, the service notifications will be stored locally and can be sent when network connection is restored.
